RETURN POLICY
Fabric returns will be accepted subject to a 20% restocking fee plus original freight charges, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
Fabric is returned within 15 days of the customer’s receipt.
The fabric has not been cut, altered, or tampered with.
The fabric has not been used.
All fabric orders of seven (7) yards or less are final sale and are not eligible for return.
No returns accepted without a prior return authorization. All authorized returns without fault of ours will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus freight both ways.
Freight charges paid or accumulated by us are not refundable, (if an order received free shipping and the order is returned, the original shipping will also be deducted from the amount refunded).
You as the customer are responsible for all shipping fees on returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete ship to address.
Order cancellation fees referenced above will vary based on the status of the order but will incur a minimum 15% fee. This will be determined based on the status of the order. For instance, if the fabric has been ordered there will be a charge for shipping and restocking. If the product(s) are already been cut or in fabrication the fees would vary.

At OutdoorFabrics.com, we are committed to providing the highest quality fabrics and custom products. Please review the following terms carefully, as all
purchases are subject to the policies outlined below.
Custom Production – Labor & Quality Standards
At OutdoorFabrics.com, we maintain strict standards in product quality, manufacturing, and customer service. In the event of a manufacturing error,
the following procedures apply:
Any unsatisfactory or damaged product including issues with overall appearance, sewing/thread construction, zipper placement, or tie placement
must be reported in writing within 72 hours of receipt. Reports must include:
A detailed description of the issue.
Order details (purchase date, invoice number, delivery date).
A daytime contact number.
Production errors (e.g., missing ties, incorrect cushion style, or discrepancies from the invoice) will be corrected at no additional cost. Products
will be retrieved, repaired, or remade accordingly.
Important:
A detailed invoice/work order is provided to all customers via email at the time of order. Customers are responsible for reviewing this invoice
thoroughly. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Once payment is processed and production begins, all sales are final. While we request acknowledgment of invoice approval, it is not required for
production to commence.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors can occasionally occur. Any inaccuracies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Only uncut
fabric and unused fabric are eligible for exchange or replacement.
Please do not cut or use any fabric or merchandise before verifying that your order is correct in both
quantity and color.
Any irregular shaped products / projects will require one or more of the following: pictures, template, an existing product to be used as a pattern,
drawings or sketch depending on the complexity of the project.
Templates must be clean of all debris, dirt, mold, and mildew. If templates are received dirty, a cleaning fee per pattern or template will be changed
for us to clean the templates.
A template is made by the customer; whereas a pattern is an existing product/project piece that can be used in the making of your new
products/projects.
All templates or patterns will become the property of OutdoorFabricCentral.com and will not be returned unless requested.

We are not responsible should the customer not accept the comfort, feel or form of the foam fill.
The above warranties specifically do not cover the normal wear and tear of materials that can be expected over time, the misuse of the product(s), or by
acts of God. Fabric and Material warranties do not cover labor or installation unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
Disclaimer
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping
process. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual
inspection of the merchandise and box as received. We will replace any confirmed damaged merchandise.
All claims for damaged, defective or inaccurate orders must be presented to within 10 days from receipt of order.
In the event of visible damages to the packaging upon delivery, please kindly send pictures of the damages to info@outdoorfabrics.com immediately.
For non-visible damages, please report and provide pictures of the damages to info@outdoorfabrics.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Refunds, upon authorization, will be credited back in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Dependent on your bank, it should take 2-3 business days to reflect back in your account.
No returns accepted on custom fabricated products.

Most of our products are regularly stocked; however, occasional shortages may occur due to demand or delays from our supply partners. In such cases, we
will provide an estimated availability date and offer the following options:
Cancel the order for the out of stock item(s).
Hold shipment of the entire order until all items are available.
Receive a partial shipment of in-stock items, with the remainder shipped once available.
If a product is discontinued, our team will assist in identifying suitable substitutes. Customers may choose to cancel for a full refund.
